Your new role

Support the Asset Manager (Retail) to manage the retail portfolio to implement the asset strategy, deliver optimal rental income, tenant credit control, maintenance and repair and identification of investment opportunities and management of the rent review process.

What you'll need to succeed

Your degree in a property-related field sets the stage for your journey, complemented by your ongoing training towards the prestigious MRICS qualification.
