Are you an M&E Quantity Surveyor with experience working on railway projects for an M&E subcontractor?

Rate: £DOE per day inside IR35 (umbrella)
Location: Chelmsford (hybrid)
Contract Length: 6 months +

This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Beaulieu Park Station project in Chelmsford.

Due to the nature of the work, only candidates with previous experience working for a railway subcontractor can be considered for this opportunity. M&E quantity surveying experience is also required for this role.

This role will be based in Chelmsford with a capacity to move to Cambridge upon project completion. There are multiple positions for this role.

Essential:
- M&E Quantity Surveyor experience on rail projects.
- M&E railway subcontractor experience.
