My client is looking for a Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join their rail team in Toronto.

Scope – Early Contractor Involvement involving scope development, technical and design assurance, training and governance (expected to last 2 years).

Commercial Role – Senior Estimator/Senior QS with at least 10 years’ experience and proficient in Target Cost build up and administration. Would be responsible for the build up of the construction phase target, administration of the ECI contract, including AFPs, record keeping etc. and negotiation and agreement of Construction Phase terms (UK sign off would be required so not fully responsible).

Further Opportunity – The ECI may lead into the Construction contract of 170km of OCS in Toronto – Large multi-million Dollar Contract which could be 3-4 years post ECI.

Salary - £80k to £100k depending on experience (all in rate where candidate would be expected to be self sufficient in terms of accommodation, flights, car, expenses etc).
