Senior Quantity Surveyor (NEOM Spine) in NEOM, Saudi Arabia
The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the construction management team on the Neom Project in Saudi Arabia.

The project is rapidly developing with over 2,800 employees from 86 countries already living and working on-site, it is already laying the foundations of being the new economic model for the country. This role will be supporting our client with the supply of precast segments for railway tunnels.
Job Role / Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Manage all aspects of contracts, including but not limited to extension of time, variation orders, claims, and contractual disputes. Ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions.
- Project Expertise: Utilize your more than 20 years of experience and in-depth understanding of construction projects, particularly in infrastructure, to provide insights, guidance, and problem-solving expertise.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the Employer, contractors, and project stakeholders. Engage in negotiations and persuasion to resolve contractual issues and discrepancies.
- Licensing and Certification: Hold and maintain relevant licenses and certifications for quantity surveying, such as those from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Location
The role will be based on Neom, Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- More than 20 years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a focus on contract administration.
- Expertise in contract management, extension of time, variation orders, and claims.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Possession of a quantity surveying license or relevant certifications, such as RICS.
- Master's degree or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.
