A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Rail Commercial professional to join the commercial team. The client is a successful Civil Engineering contractor within Rail, Highways and Water. With the recent success of winning projects, they are looking for a talented professional to assist with this workload.

Location: Wales

Salary: £negotiable – Subject to experience

Experience Required:

• Rail/Civils Experience
• Main contractor background
• Well conversed with Network Rail contracts
• 5-10 years Quantity Surveying
• Strong experience of NEC3 contract

Duties:

• Change management
• Monthly reporting/forecasting
• Managing Sub-Contractors
• Mentoring/Guiding Junior QS’s
