Senior Quantity Surveyor- Central London

This is a great opportunity for a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to step up, or for a Senior QS already working at this level, to join a market leading contractor who specialise within the infrastructure and construction industries.

This company have an excellent pipeline of work across all of their divisions, but are currently looking for someone to join their infrastructure team to work on £15M design and build contract.

This will include various works including enhancements for both bridges and tunnels to support work for TFL.

This role will be site based, where you will be required to work in central London x4 per week.



Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role include.

- Subcontractor management
- Provide commercial expertise to help with the successful delivery of the project.
- Working towards NEC3 contracts
- Client liaison

Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role include.

- Experience working within infrastructure (rail or highways)
- Working knowledge and experience with NEC3 contracts
- Degree qualified within Quantity Surveying.
- Some experience with a design consultancy would be beneficial.



Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role include.

- Salary up to £70,000
