Our privately owned Rail delivery client believes that people are the key to a successful business and that recruiting the right people and supporting and developing them through their career is essential.

The business unit, based in Leeds, is looking for a dynamic and pro-active Senior QS who can bring energy and experience to a growing workload throughout the North of England delivering various Rail related work.

Projects

This is a role that you will have lots to sink your teeth into, the projects ranging from £100K up to £15M including bridges, tunnels, structures, stations improvements, depot enhancements, embankments, flood and sea defence and arch’s work.

About you

The right person for this role would be a ‘force to be reckoned with’ who is confident and comfortable leading and developing a commercial team, as well as driving the commercial delivery of the projects, not just your typical Senior Quantity Surveyor.
