Job Title:

Senior Quantity Surveyor

I am working with a well-established Rail & Civil Engineering Main Contractor, who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
The successful candidate will be working on a portfolio of multidisciplinary light rail projects, based from their site office in Birmingham.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

• Reporting directly into & supporting the Senior Commercial Manager
• Communicate with the project team to raise commercial awareness and embed commercial focus
• Responsible for contract documents, including BOQ's, specifications and drawings

Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

• 6+ years Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with experience of rail/M&E/telecoms
• Experience on projects involving rail/civil engineering/utilities/groundworks
• Relevant degree or qualification in the field

Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

• Up to £65,000 per annum
• Competitive benefits package available.
