As a Senior Surveyor your main responsibilities would be:
To work in the Access and Acquisitions department to deliver an effective and efficient property service to support delivery of a safe, efficient, reliable and sustainable rail service. To optimise performance of land and property in order to increase Property’s financial contribution to the company’s rail operations and to improve service to it’s customers.
You’ll have relevant experience in:
- Acquisition of Land Experience
- Be at a Senior Level
- Great Negotiation Skills
- High Level Stakeholder experience
You will also have these Qualifications/Skills:
- RICS – Chartered
Desirable
- Previous Rail or Public Sector background.
