As a Performance Improvement Specialist, your main responsibilities would be:
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis of performance data periodically as a basis for the development of process improvements and to measure the success of initiatives
- Provide analysis, guidance, support and quantified progress reports on business improvement initiatives which will include the financial impact of changes in performance and support the preparation of analysis for performance improvement business cases and risk assessments
- Develop standards and tools for reporting of analysis and presentation of performance and business improvement data throughout the business and its supply chain
- Support the Performance Analysis Manager in the delivery of performance information and analysis for carrying audiences and purposes and assist in the identification and implementation of quality and efficiency improvement initiatives
You’ll have relevant experience in:
- Experience of using PowerBI to a medium/ advanced level is essential for this role to deliver its key outputs
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and a customer focussed
- Able to prioritise work requirements for maximum efficiency
- Ability to present written and numeric data clearly
- Analytical, numeric and problem-solving skills
