The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is supporting a leading engineering firm with their need for a Track Expert to join the team in Philippines.

Responsibilities:

Working as part of an International Team on behalf of the end client this Track specialist shall largely be responsible for the Construction Supervision phase of this New Metro Project. There will however be some initial Design Management and Review to be carried out.

Key responsibilities shall include Supervising the Construction, resolving technical issues, working & liaising with the design team. The successful individual shall have to liaise with various disciplines including other Civil and Systems components to ensure a successful outcome.

The project is largely elevated and will be constructed by a major International contractor who's contract has recently been awarded for the Track and catenary installation.

Key requirements for the role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related subject)
• 10+ years of Metro/ Rail experience
• Experience of Similar scale projects during construction phase.
• Knowledge of Track design, alignment and construction methods.
• Willingness to be largely site based
• Regional Experience would be beneficial.
• Previous ODA financed and FIDIC projects.

Salary Package:

The salary on offer for this position is around $9,000 to $10,000 tax free plus allowances.
