Job title: Section Supervisor - Rail Track

Type: Permanent

Location: South Wales, Newport

Salary: Dependant on experience

Role

You will be expected to co-ordinate activities of construction and associated works with Pway works and to deliver construction work safely to the level of quality expected by the company on site; to budget and in line with all relevant standards, processes and procedures. Permanent way section managing.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Undertaking the role of construction supervisor for projects across route
• Controlling all on site technical activities and man power
• Rail engineering co-ordination across sites and work packages
• Management of supervisors, team leaders and ops

Essential requirements:

• Comprehensive understanding of rail track
• Safety Management training.
• Good knowledge and understanding of track works
• Client side experience
