Senior Technical Officers, Permanent Way Engineers, Track Engineers

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (up to C£55k)

Location: Doncaster

One of our expanding established clients are currently offering an amazing salary package for a experienced senior technical officer, Permanent way/ Track engineers to join their successfully and growing team to assist in the design and delivery of a large infrastructure construction project.

You will report to the principal technical officer within the team ensuring technical tasks, surveys, installations, stressing and tamping works are conducted to NWR standards.

Experience needed

• A degree in engineering or a related discipline with an HNC/HND
• Plain Line and S&C experience
• Track Surveying and setting out experience
• Stressing Level 2
• Good understanding of Network Rail standards and CDM regulations
• Chartership or working towards a membership

Key Responsibilities

• Document and report site activity ensuring regulations are met
• Carry out audits and risk assessments when required
• Supervise and set out surveys, installations, stressing and tamping activities
• Ensure CRT site assessments are conducted
