A well-known Rail Engineering organisation is in need of experienced, detailed, focused and accurate Handover Engineer, to manage effective co-ordination and approval requirements, leading to the ultimate successful handover of and major Rail development programme to be based in London.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Supporting the Project PC team and reporting to the Project Engineering management team, you the Handover Engineer will be responsible to carry out effective monitoring, assessment and approval of the project PC s delivery, ensuring full compliance with regards to Design / Red drawings, ITP s and in some cases witness and review.

- For the appointed Handover Engineer, it is envisaged that you will be educated to Degree level or equivalent and a will have worked within the construction of major Rail development schemes in the past, looking at the Test, Commissioning and ultimate Handover assurance required.

- Strong working experience within Rail Comms and Control Systems will be vital for this requirement, experience working within Station development and upgrades are key, where CCTV, PA Systems and CIS are introduced.
