RAMS Reliability Engineer (Rail) - WEST MIDLANDS or LONDON - PERMANENT - £40,750 - £65,580


ARM is working with a leading client-side railway company and we are currently recruiting for a RAM Reliability Engineer to join their team. This position can be based in either Birmingham or London (depending on your own location).


About You:
* You will be an experienced Engineer with significant experience within RAMS and reliability.
* You will have experience and knowledge of DRACAS and FRACAS.
* Your experience will include design to delivery stages of engineering (including testing and commissioning).
* You will have knowledge of RAMS standards and ideally BSCN 501269.
* Your experience ideally will be from a railway-related discipline, but we are open to considering those from other regulated backgrounds.



What you will be doing:
This position will be overseeing the delivery of a new rail line and its associated infrastructure from a performance, reliability, availability, and maintainability engineering point of view. Sitting within systems integration, you will be checking RAMS requirements and reporting to stakeholders on findings, as well as involvement in any redesign needed.



This position can be based in either Birmingham or London (whichever is closer to your home). The company is working using the hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.


What you can expect in return:
The salary for this position will depend on experience and suitability for the role. There are location variances and Birmingham will see the salary range between £40,750 and £61,140 and London will range between £43,750 - £65,580.
