We have excellent opportunities within our Customer Service Team in Liverpool Street for Two Duty Station Managers. You will manage all train dispatch assessments, platform risk assessments, TDMs, and all other safety related issues at Liverpool Street and Stratford.

You will already be an excellent customer service manager, who can lead, engage, and direct your teams in providing an outstanding customer service. You will ensure high standards of customer service, delivered on a constant basis across your stations.

Other key responsibilities within this role will see you manage your teams through effective coaching, one to one discussions and team briefings. Oversee the effective implementation of the business strategy at station level, designed to increase customer satisfaction.

You will be a natural at delivering high levels of customer service, working in a fast paced, challenging environment. You will have the ability to lead teams, deliver results, influence at all levels, and have great stakeholder management.
