Operations Coordinator
Location: Wales
What is the purpose of this role?
This position is to support the Transformation project team deliver possessions and worksite safely and aligned to the integrated plans. The role is alternating dayshift and nightshift aligning to delivering the works.
What will this role involve?
- Preparation and Completion of daily and weekly shift reports
- Report review, analysis and collation
- Production and Delivery of Integrated plans
- Access Planning changes
- Co-ordination of material and equipment for the Operations team maintaining records
- Operational Blockade Readiness checks
- Safe work pack creation and coordination of any required responsible manager authorisations
- Prepare TBS and operations documents
- Record keeping and document management
- Adhere and demonstrate Safety Behaviours & Values
- Process documentation and continuous improvement to processes
What are we looking for?
Essential
PTS, 2 years minimum rail experience, excellent computer skills
Desirable
COSS, SSoW Planner, PSS,
