Randstad are recruiting for an exciting plant equipment hire firm for the civil engineering industry. A market leader, they put their people as well as their customers first.

Your job will be to oversee the general operation of the Company. To promote the Company regarding Sales, Hire and Services and to liaise with all customers both at site and management level.

A professional manner with good communication and people skills,must have experience in plant hire. Preferably operated. PC literate with experience of Microsoft Systems

Ability to prioritise work load and work to tight deadlines. Must be able and willing to work as part of a team.Motivated self-starter with good administration, time management and organisation skills

To oversee the Hire, Service, Sales and HSEQ departments and provide advice and support where necessary.
To promote the Company with new and existing customers.
To supervise and co-ordinate the activities of the Service Manager.
To supervise and co-ordinate the activities of the Rental Manager.
To supervise and co-ordinate the activities of the Office Manager.
To supervise and co-ordinate the activities of the Sales Manager.
To provide technical support regarding craneage to sites and customers where necessary.
To Carry out Site Visits where and when required
To liaise with the manufacturers and suppliers of plant and products.
