Operations support Admin in Wembley, London, United Kingdom
My client is a global leader in the world of rail infrastructure and sets the benchmark for innovative and environmentally friendly technologies and they are currently seeking a Operations support Admin to join their team based in London.
Purpose of the job:
To work as part of a team, to ensure that the fleet is serviced and maintained in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner, whilst constantly seeking to improve quality.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- To work with other members of the planning organisation to provide documentation for accurate recording of work done.
- To provide cover within the planning department on a shift rotation basis.
- Interrogation of and inputting into relevant IT systems (RAVERS/SAP)
- Creation of Notifications and Service Orders in SAP.
- Entering data into RAVERS/SAP
- Entering and issuing the war board plan through SES or similar system.
- Creating sales/service orders for all work done
- Archiving Documentation / Filing of Vehicle records
- Customer authorization sheets
