Rail Operations & Maintenance Specialist - Philippines

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is supporting a leading International firm who are developing and delivering a major Metro Rail project in Manila. Our client is requiring an experience Operations & Maintenance specialist to provide advise, knowledge and recommendations on a wide range of aspects.

Responsibilities:

Working as part of an International Team on behalf of the end client the Operations & Maintenance specialist will be working closely with all stakeholders including Client, Future Operator, Consultants, Contractors and Equipment suppliers.

Specific responsibility will include train performance validation, maintenance depot strategy, layouts and equipment and maintenance planning. The role will be during the design and implementation phases to ensure a successful completion and operation.

Key requirements for the role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (related subject)
• 15+ years of Metro/ Rail O&M experience
• Strong Rolling Stock background
• Experience of Similar scale projects during development construction phase.
• Willingness to visit sites of Manufacturing
• Regional Experience would be beneficial.
• Previous ODA financed and FIDIC projects.

Salary Package:

The salary on offer for this position is around $9,000 to $11,000 tax free plus allowances.
