SSOWPS Planner
Location - Bristol
Salary - £250 to £325 Depending on experience
Purpose of the role
We have a long term requirement for a SSOWPs planner based in Bristol,
Using corporate planning processes, systems and databases, undertake the development of detailed, fully resourced and work plans for approval by Site & Construction Managers.
Candidates must have current SSOWPS (Safe site of works planning systems) - must have the ability to create and request work packs and apply for line blockages.
Key Responsibilities
1 - Plan and optimise all agreed work activities for the section.
2 - Accurately update systems, databases and records as required.
3 - Produce Safe System of Work packs.
4 - Submit green zone access and requests.
5 - Produce draft quarterly plans.
6 - Manage weekly Plan-Do-Review meetings.
7 - Represent the client at white board meetings if required.
8 - Collate and maintain infrastructure maintenance records.
Essential
1 - Work Plan production and resource skills
2 - Scheduling profile in work planning/scheduling system
3 - Core Planning Skills Level 2
4 - Knowledge of access and possession processes and systems
5 - Safe System of Work Planning Process and System
6 - Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
