My client is a leading rail company in need of Track Machine Operators at different levels to work in Perth, Western Australia. A minimum of 4-6 years experience is required.

These positions are on a 6 month basis initially, with the opportunity to go permanent if so desired.

The salaries are in the range of GBP £65-100k (AUS $100-155k) pro-rata. Visa, flights, accomodation etc are all provided.

We are looking for Track Machine Operators who have experience in operating Plasser and Harsco track machines. The company specifically operate 08 and 09 Plasser tampers (although experience of 07 machines is also acceptable) and Plasser and Harsco ballast regulators.

We are also looking for qualified and ticketed operators for Vaiacar Mobile Flashbutt Welders (MFBW) - SparcRail. Anyone with Holland machine experience would also be acceptable.

Operators will work on a 2 weeks on/1 week off rota basis. Normal hours are 12 hour shifts from 6 till 6 with a 30% uplift for night shift work. Operators will work both day and night shifts.

Meals, accommodation, uniforms and PPE are fully provided when on site. Initial engagement would include return air tickets to the point of hire.
