Train Presentation Manager Circa £30k - £35k Based Tyseley Depot London Midland is an exciting, people-orientated, and dynamic business operating train services through the heart of the country, connecting London, the Midlands and the North West of England. Now we need someone with proven leadership skills to control the train cleaning operation at our Tyseley Depot. Clean trains - inside and out - are as important to us as to our customers. So well expect you to do more than lead and manage our cleaning staff to do an excellent job in line with our targets. Well expect you to proactively identify opportunities to improve the way they work - and to share ideas with us about how to enhance the on-train environment. Youll carefully produce rosters and work closely with the Team Leaders to ensure enough staff are available to complete work effectively. Youll control cleaning costs. And youll see to it that all work is carried out with the safety of our staff and our passengers at heart. An experienced supervisor/manager with a track record of achievement, you have the drive and ability to lead others in the delivery of challenging results. Comfortable working within a multi-functional team, you are an engaging individual with great communication skills and a talent for managing staff issues. Highly organised, with good prioritisation and decision making skills, you are confident using word processing and spreadsheet software. Financial awareness is also essential. If you do not already have NVQ Level 3 Supervisory Management or ILM, we will support you to achieve it.
