We are currently looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join a very successful Rail & Engineering division at Maclean Moore. Candidates need to be enthusiastic, eager to learn and extremely motivated,

You will join their team in the Contract & Permanent Rail & Engineering Market

The ideal candidate will have 2 + years' experience in Sales Development and / or Client facing roles (although we will consider juniors who show the right attitude, aptitude and enthusiasm for this highly driven sales environment). You will have a pleasant persona and enjoy working in teams whilst managing your own business activity and be passionate about delivering recruitment solutions.

You will have good interpersonal and communication skills in English where any other European languages would be an advantage, but not essential. You will work in a supportive, friendly and hard-working team of existing Consultants and Managers, learning and adapting your own style.
