We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant specialised in Professional and Technical, Railway Infrastructure recruitment to join our team of top-performing recruiters, based in Watford recruiting mostly white-collar contractors throughout the UK.
You will be taking over a very warm desk, filling vacancies by utilizing your own network and our database, as well as using various candidate hunting tools at your disposal including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CV Library and RailwayPeople.
Although this is a 180 delivery role there is a great opportunity for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join us in a dual role.

THE ROLE
* You will be a commercial contact of McGinley Support Services, with a responsibility to contribute to the team in the retention and growth of this account.
* You will use your network and contacts in rail and civil infrastructure to identify, onboard and maintain your pool of workers.
* You will be responsible for the service provided to your customer and candidates.
* Taking service orders, vacancies, and assignments and fully brief candidates regarding vacancies and roles.
* You will shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies, managing the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the client, candidate, and internal teams.
