We are currently in the process of opening a new office in Crewe, which is planned to open in early January 2022.

Core Rail are currently looking for ambitious and sales driven individuals to join us as Recruitment Consultants based in Crewe to focus on developing our Rail Business in the North. Rail experience would be advantageous, however not essential. We are looking for people that are passionate to deliver an excellent service to their clients and candidates. You will receive industry leading training and support throughout your career and have plenty of opportunities to develop your career.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage your own business and work in a commercial and entrepreneurial environment. You'll manage the whole recruitment cycle including:

• Building relationships with clients

• Winning new business

• Managing vacancies from start to finish

• Screening, interviewing and short listing candidates

• Sourcing and selecting candidates, through advertising and search processes

• Matching the best candidates to the best jobs

• Administrative duties: Timesheets, signing up candidates, posting job advertisements, answering the telephone.
