Infocus Resources is a contingent labour supplier to the Construction and Rail industry. We help our clients (Principal Contractors) secure the best talent for their requirements as projects get under way.
We are currently recruiting for experienced Resourcing Consultants with a desire for fast moving recruitment and a proven track record in the regulated sectors of Civil Engineering, Construction and Rail Infrastructure market to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with previous experience working within a busy resourcing environment. They will need to have experience handling high volumes of deployment of blue collar civil and rail construction related roles.
Your role will involve:
- Sourcing and deploying workers
- Understanding, identifying and matching skills appropriately with client requirements for shifts
- Account management - liaising with existing and new clients
- Negotiating pay rates and ensuring new starters are fully inducted
- Using our existing network and database as well as your own and advertising and growing new networks for additional labour; increasing database.
- Dealing with general queries relating to workers contracts, pay, site address and managing client satisfaction.
- Site inspections and toolbox talks.
You will be working with candidates from various backgrounds and capabilities getting a perfect skills match for deployment within key live projects within the sector.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of Recruitment and Resourcing - blue collar
- Flair for maintaining relationships
- Have excellent communication skills - be persuasive, persistent and patient along with having strong written language skills
- Be flexible, hard-working and have a positive attitude at all times, and cope when under pressure
- Be able to multi task and work within given time-scales and meet deadlines as well as having good attention to detail at all times
- Strong IT skills
- Personal characteristics - assertive, charismatic, professional and driven.
