Market Infra Consulting provides professional strategic development and marketing consultancy services to help infrastructure businesses achieve sustained growth. We are delighted to be recruiting for this exciting new role within a new and growing part of the business. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to support major infrastructure clients in recruiting and resourcing direct and interim pre-construction and project management roles.
Office based in central Sheffield with some travel required based on client’s needs.
Salary DOE. Market leading OTE included.
Key Responsibilities
• Management of the full sales process from initial enquiry calls through to account management
• Resourcing and interviewing candidates for multiple clients for temporary roles
• Conducting inductions with temporary and interim workers
• Act as main point of contact for blue chip key accounts
• Effectively manage the relationship between all stakeholders, ensuring temporary workers and clients’ key decision makers perceive us to be the Consultancy of Choice providing a high calibre of service
• Identify opportunities to improve service levels for clients
• Demonstrate the ability to maximise all potential recruitment opportunities within a client, offering recruitment solutions
• Produce, maintain, and execute operational plans, meeting notes and paper trails to ensure performance, audit and knowledge share is exceptional

• Complex ideas can be explained and presented with the ability to anticipate potential objections
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong and diverse communication and interpersonal skills, building business relationships and stakeholder engagement
• Proficient IT skills, working with all Microsoft packages
Experience
Essential
• 5 years’ previous experience in the Recruitment sector
• Demonstrated experience of sales, account management and/or customer services
• Proven track record of delivering significant and sustainable business results/benefits
• Ability to effectively multitask, adequately prioritise a busy and demanding workload and work towards and within deadlines
Preferred
• Degree level education
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience in the infrastructure sector
