The role sits at the heart of the recruitment team and supports the daily operations of the company and ensures smooth and efficient service provision. The role provides administrative support with the ability to be highly organised and thrive under pressure. The Recruitment Resourcer will attract new candidates and create talent pools and pipelines of active candidates to support the businesses requirements.
The role will focus on candidate management, taking control of high-volume sourcing projects, creating seamless selection processes. The role will involve working quickly and creatively sourcing candidates in innovative ways.
Social media savvy, the role will research and advise on the best advertising methods, screening applications and speaking to candidates. The role will manage and build up a talent pool of applicants and ensure they have a professional and friendly journey from the moment they apply.
The role offers true collaboration, challenge, and the satisfaction of playing a part in matching people to the right job.
Lastly, making sure commitments to the client are carried out, delivered in time, and ideally outperformed!

- Manage and update company databases.

- Provide administrative support.
