Salary £18,000 - £22,000 + Commission + Benefits

The role:

• You will work alongside an experienced Recruitment team focused on growing this already successful team.
• The principal focus would be to source highly qualified technical and white collar roles across many disciplines to successfully place with our high profile clients.
• The key will be your expertise in recruiting, working in a growing industry.

• You will be responsible for developing a database of additional candidates and managing these effectively.
• Compiling and tracking essential information.
• Arranging interviews and providing feedback to candidates.

What you will need:

• To be an experienced Recruitment Resourcer in any discipline (Rail experience not necessary) at least 6 months experience
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies and skilled in recruiting scarce skills.
• Experience of resourcing using job boards and various recruiting methods (social media – Networking)
• Good knowledge of social media sites and LinkedIn.
• Commercial understanding and awareness.
• Hardworking and conscientious
• Tenacious and confident, reliable and professional in your attitude and approach to work
• Strong personality and excellent communication skills.
