Ford & Stanley - The Rail Recruitment Experts are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for their CNC Tube Bending Services provision.

The Opportunity

This role is exclusively customer focused; using information from internal and external resources to develop new customers /markets all the way from initial contact to contract award.

The individual will spend a large proportion of their time in front of the customer, developing relationships and ensuring that the business is the preferred provider.

Location (s): Regional, main office - Derby

The candidate

The successful candidate will have substantial experience of CNC tube bending as well as appropriate industries & applications, reporting directly to the Production Director.

Essential

• Proven experience of developing relationships with key customers and winning new business
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Persuasive, with good negotiation skills and the ability to close a sale
• A flexible and conscientious approach
• Initiative and personal motivation with the ability to manage own call schedules
• Comfortable working towards sales targets and set KPIs
• Substantial experience with CNC tube bending and appropriate industries/applications
• Solutions based with an ability to upsell a wide mix of products and services
