Rail Contract Manager: PhilippinesThe market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for an ongoing Rail/ Metro project in the Philippines, working on behalf of the end client.Opportunity:This leading international consultancy, with a global reputation for delivering major rail and infrastructure projects around the world are looking for an international expert to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity to join a project from its commencement and play a role on behalf of the client.Responsibilities:The successful individual shall be part of a contracts team, for contractual and commercial administration and management across all Contract Packages including Civils, Building, Rolling Stock, E&amp;M Systems and Track Works, Also, liaising with the Cost and Schedule Teams.Additionally you'll be responsible for:<ul><li>Providing Contracts Team input to Monthly and Quarterly Progress Reports</li><li>Monitoring incoming and outgoing correspondence and implementing required actions based on Change &amp; Claims Logs.</li><li>Assessment of Contractors' time and Cost claims and preparation of contractual correspondence.</li><li>Assisting with Dispute Board proceedings</li><li>Advising on Contractors' contractual Interface obligations.</li><li>Preparing Variation Orders and Contract Amendments.</li><li>Assisting with preparation of Engineer's Interim Payment Certificates.</li></ul>Key requirements for the role:<ul><li>Degree qualified in related subject</li><li>20+ years within Infrastructure projects</li><li>10+ years in Railway projects.</li><li>Strong FIDIC Experience (Harmonised Pink &amp; Yellow book preferable)</li><li>Previous ODA/ JICA experience would be beneficial.</li><li>Regional Experience would also be beneficial</li></ul>Salary Package:The salary package is flexible depending on experience but expected to be between $10,000 &amp; $13,000 per month (TAX FREE) with an additional allowance for accommodation.Language:EnglishKey Words / SEO Rail, Metro, Urban Rail, Contract Manager, FIDIC, Track, Civils, Station, MEP, Elevated, Contract Specialist, Consultancy, Contracts Manager, Claims, Quantity Surveying, QS, Project Controls, Design &amp; Build, D&amp;B, Construction, Construction Supervision, Consultancy, Consulting Engineer, South East Asia, Philippines, Manila, World bank (WB), ADB, JICA, EBRD,ewi is an international consultancy focused on the search &amp; selection of the Worlds leading engineering and construction professionals.
