The OpportunityJoin a consultancy recognised worldwide for delivering complex rail and infrastructure programmes. You'll become a key member of the clientside team, shaping commercial strategy and ensuring contractual excellence throughout the lifecycle of Contract Package for the Civil element of the Depot. This is a longterm assignment offering stability, influence, and the chance to contribute to one of Southeast Asia's most significant rail investments. Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Managing contract and commercial administration for the package alongside the Chief ContractFinancial Manager.</li><li>Leading and mentoring contract staff, including two Contract Administrators and two Cost Engineers.</li><li>Providing expert interpretation of FIDIC Pink Book provisions and advising internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Reviewing and responding to contractor and PMO correspondence, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and contractual compliance.</li><li>Drafting, reviewing, and refining commercial letters, including those initiated by sitebased Senior Resident Engineers.</li></ul> Candidate Profile<ul><li>Degreequalified in a relevant discipline.</li><li>20+ years' experience in major infrastructure projects</li><li>10+ years in rail or metro environments.</li><li>Strong FIDIC expertise - Pink &amp; Yellow Book experience preferred.</li><li>ODA/JICA project exposure highly advantageous.</li><li>Regional experience in Southeast Asia beneficial.</li></ul> Package &amp; BenefitsUSD $10,000-$13,000 per month (taxfree)Accommodation allowanceLongterm international assignment with a globally respected consultancy.
