Rail (HSR) Senior Engineering &amp; Design Manager - Saudi ArabiaLocation: KSA - PMC Office / OnSite Contract Type: Permanent About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering &amp; Design Manager to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design activities for a High Speed Rail project in Saudi Arabia. This key leadership role will oversee design teams, ensure excellence in technical delivery, and drive collaboration across internal and external stakeholders within a major international PMC environment.You will play a pivotal part in defining design objectives, managing deliverables, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with project goals in one of the region's most significant railway programmes.
