Rail (HSR) Senior Engineering &amp; Design Manager - Saudi ArabiaLocation: KSA - PMC Office / OnSite Contract Type: Permanent About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering &amp; Design Manager to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design activities for a High Speed Rail project in Saudi Arabia. This key leadership role will oversee design teams, ensure excellence in technical delivery, and drive collaboration across internal and external stakeholders within a major international PMC environment.You will play a pivotal part in defining design objectives, managing deliverables, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with project goals in one of the region's most significant railway programmes. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major highways and public realm scheme focused on regeneration and improving walking and cycling infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-profile project delivering long-term community benefits.We are ideally looking for someone with solid experience in highways, public realm, and active travel schemes (cycle paths, street works, etc.), though we may consider a more senior individual if they demonstrate strong experience and capability. Project Overview The scheme is centred around regeneration works to enhance walking and cycling routes, including the construction of new cycle paths and associated public realm improvements.
