Rail E&amp;M Systems Resident Engineer - PhilippinesThe market leading infrastructure recruitment specialists are working with a major international Consultancy firm who are requiring an E&amp;M Systems Resident Engineer for an on-going metro project in the Philippines.Opportunity &amp; Responsibilities:The Successful Expert shall be working as part of an international team He/ She shall be responsible for working across a range of Rail Systems components, on a significant package which includes Signalling, power supply, OCS, rolling stock, depot equipment, etc. Working on behalf of the end client as a member of an International team consisting of discipline experts and supporting the Project Director throughout the delivery of the project.Key function of the role shall be to supervise the contractor, ensure the integration of all packages and elements, monitoring and reporting on progress, supporting in the resolution of issues and ensuring that the end clients interests are maintained.Requirements for the role:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or higher</li><li>At least 10 years as expert in Electrical/Mechanical rail systems (Signalling, power supply, OCS, rolling stock, depot equipment, etc.)</li><li>At least 10 years as Electrical/Mechanical rail systems manager/director responsible for integration of electrical/mechanical rail systems</li><li>Experience in FIDIC contracts, project size larger than 500 million USD</li><li>Regional experience would be beneficial</li></ul>Language:EnglishSalary Package:The salary on offer for this position is expected to be between $8,000 - $12,000 'Tax free' per month with a full package including Flights, Accommodation, transport, insurance, per diem.Key Words / SEO Rail, Metro, Systems, E&amp;M, Signalling, Telecoms, Power supply, Team Leader, Project Director, Project Manager, Construction Director, Manager, Track, Station, Client, Owner, Consultant, South-East Asia, Philippines, FIDIC, JICA,Closing Statementewi is an international consultancy focused on the search &amp; selection of the Worlds leading engineering and construction professionals.
