Join a large and growing UK based, engineering and environmental business, as a Facilitator, supporting the rail team. In the role as a facilitator, you will ensure that all necessary information is provided to attendees in advance, work with the administration team to advise the clients on issues with attendance of competencies and to ensure that the structured approach is followed during the workshop, to ensure that all parties have input.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitation of Structured Expert Judgement Risk Assessment Workshops
• To understand the risk process so that less technical queries can be responded to directly without referring to the risk assessment team.
• Liaising with other team members in order to ensure all information is available and presentable before, during and after the Workshops.
• Review of the post workshop report recommendations in order to confirm accuracy.
• Representing the Rail team to the end client and other industry competencies such as Train Operators.
• Following up post workshop to ensure the clients expectations were met.

Qualifications/Experience:

Essential:

• Very Strong verbal and face to face communication skills.
• Experience of facilitating risk assessment workshops
• An understanding of Risk Assessment and CSM-REA legislation
• Ability to keep workshop attendees engaged whilst guiding them through the risk assessment process
• Experience within the railway industry. In particular an understanding of Signalling or Level Crossing design would be beneficial

Location

• Remote working but required to attend Tonbridge, Kent when required
• Travel to the client offices to facilitate will be expected.
