Principal Project Engineer – Signalling Systems

Position split between York and Cambridgeshire - 1-3 days per week in York & site office

Undertake GRIP 5-8 PACE / ES 5-8 Project Engineering activities.

Responsibilities:

Required to assess existing client documentation and design, develop technical requirements, a commissioning strategy system architecture and deliver strategy.

Ensures that the technical solution is robust and meets client’s expectations.

Project Engineering experience of working in signalling projects, with design and construction management experience in complex rail projects.

Requirements:

Background in signalling systems on major projects

IRSE licensed Engineering Manager (Projects) - holder or working towards
