A leading multi-disciplinary railway infrastructure contractor is looking for Principle Signalling Designers, who are interested in joining their expanding signalling design team on a permanent basis in Manchester. The specialist railway infrastructure services company is involved with a number of major rail projects across the UK including High-Speed 2, Crossrail and Thameslink. You will provide technical guidance across a range of exciting projects. Within this role you will be acting as Contractors Responsible Engineer (CRE). This managing a portfolio of projects, checking and producing signalling design with your own knowledge and experience.
Candidate will need to have the following qualifications:
Candidate will need to have the following qualifications:
- A degree, HND or equivalent level in a relevant subject
- A current IRSE Signalling Principles Designer Licence
- Achieved or working towards Chartership
- Evidence of significant experience working within Signalling Design and ability to undertake the roles of Contractors Responsible Engineer (CRE)
