A well known international consutlant is looking a Signaling expert for the technical supervision project in Azerbaijan. This rail project services related to power supply conversion, signaling upgrading along this convetional rail corridor and procurement of electric locomotives fo

This is a strategic hire for a degree qualified signalling expatriate who can demonstrate a lengthily career consulting for major railway projects.

The requirements include:
* Signalling Expert with BSc, BEng, BA or Equivalent. Signalling expert with a t total experience of more than 20 years. Signalling expert who has extensive railway experience of at least 10 years
* Experienced in the coordination of the interfaces and the operation between the signalling systems, rolling stock and the other railway systems, both for the main lines and the depot.

* Practical experience in arrangement of the transition of signal system from 3.3. kW to 25 kW. Or at least in both of them separately
*Experience in the similar positions in similar projects with the total value of at least 50 million USD. This one is very important

*At least seven (7) years of experience in similar projects.

*Signaling Expert will have deep experience on area control, contract management and testing of materials and works and quality assurance.

The Signaling Expert will have great project management and interpersonal communication skills and interest and ability to work in the multicultural environment.
