If you're an experienced Rail Project Manager, specifically with a background in managing Signalling projects - we have a great opportunity for a Portfolio Manager to oversee delivery of signalling works, for a major rail organisation, based out of their Cardiff office.
This project will be an autonomous project funded by external parties and will require significant expertise in managing third party contractors. You will be responsible for all construction activity adhering to organisational standards and working throughout the GRIP lifecycle.
Successful candidate will have relevant engineering qualifications, ideally chartered status with experience of leading railway signalling projects, managing third party contractors. A project management qualification would be ideal, as well as excellent communication, stakeholder management and clear decision making ability. Knowledge of GRIP lifecycle and CDM regulations will also be required.
This role is for a publicly funded organisation and has been determined inside IR35 for Limited Company contractors.
