Salary: £54,000pa (dependent on experience)

My client are a leading signalling contractor with extensive work UK wide for signalling maintenance, supporting various train operating companies.

This position requires a Team Leader, with proven experience as an SMTH, to work on projects in London and other locations nationwide. For this role you will be responsible for signalling maintenance across various sites, initially starting as a Team Leader, the right candidate will have the ambition to move into a Supervisor role as early as 6 months. The right candidate will be happy to work on call and have flexiblity to lodge away where required.

Essential:
·SMTH competency
·Minimum 3-5 years railway experience
·Proven experience working as a Team Leader

Preferred:
·Valid IRSE licence (fault finder and maintainer)
