We are recruiting an experienced S&T Signalling Supervisor to manage staff across our ever-increasing Signalling business. This is a great opportunity to get involved with our existing work bank and also to help drive forward our new business opportunities. The work will include managing labour supply and stand-alone projects and the successful candidate will be able to come in and make their mark on an already successful department.
You will be responsible for the following areas:
• Manage and supervise Redstone Signalling staff working on behalf of all clients.
• Manage Signalling staff competencies, calibration and testing records of Redstone primary staff
• Deputise as Redstone Associates technical lead for all S&T activities undertaken by the Company when the Signalling Director is unavailable.
• To undertake reviews of Authority to Work Certificates for all Signalling primary sponsored staff.
• To provide advice and guidance for all S&T related railway issues and topics arising from clients
• Attend client meetings and promote the services of Redstone Associates at all times.
• Contribute to pricing and tenders as and when required.
• Help build and develop the Redstone Signalling division.
• Have responsibility for compliance on all Signalling matters relating to Redstone Associates.
• Be responsible for planning and executing strategy for Signalling activities for Redstone Associates in conjunction with the Signalling Director.
• Participate in the identification and recruitment of Signalling staff into the company.
• Have responsibility for delivering on the agreed business targets for Signalling related projects.
• Carry out site surveillance checks as per surveillance plan.
• Assist with any investigations as required.
• Maintain fatigue register for Signalling staff.
• Provide on call as per on call roster.
Applicants must have:
• previously held the position of Signalling Supervisor
• IRSE Licence
