About The Role

The Safety Coordinator is responsible for the administrative elements of the safety activity and will support the Safety manager to define what deliverables are required in order to achieve the Safety Assessment. You will work closely and liaise with the project's Safety Manager, Independent Safety Validator and Independent Safety Assessors to ensure a positive outcome in accordance with the projects need and schedule

Duties

• Competence in undertaking the development of Safety Plan & Safety Case.
• Participate in CCB meetings
• Perform and support safety analysis for open nonconformities
• Work together with the safety engineers in performing safety analysis.
• Coordinate the delivery of safety documentation according to the milestone plan.

About You

• Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience in Safety and System Assurance of railway products, systems or solution or similar field
• Customer & Project Focus
• Hazard analysis techniques and methodologies
• Structured and organised with hands-on approach
• Familiar with CENELEC standards
• Knowledge of Signalling Train and Control Systems, BT RCS products, processes preferred
• MUST HAVE ANZ WORKING RIGHTS
