In the role you will be ensure adequate supervision of the s&t workforce on site to ensure safety, productivity and workmanship meet the necessary standards . For the role, you mus have a minimum of 5 years experience in Signalling and the ability to lead and motivate staff, and work as part of a team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure productivity and workmanship of staff is of an acceptable standard.
• Ensure all site operations are carried out safely, and in accordance with standards and relevant legislation, report on accidents / near misses as required.
• Ensure all relevant site records and paperwork are maintained as requested by the Construction Manager / Project Manager / Project Engineer and have an input into preparation of Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheet, and RIMINI Sheet.
• Liaise with other departments / Contractors to ensure that work is carried out and completed safety, to standard, and within allotted time scales.
• Identify potential hazards, which may impact on the delivery of scheme / projects, and instigate methods to protection / stop this from occurring

ESSENTIAL

• Minimum of 5 years S&T work experience.
• Ability to lead staff
• Able to drive or willing to learn.
• PTS.
• Good electrical knowledge.
• IRSE Licensed or working towards.
