I am working with a leading engineering contractor in Chippenham who are looking for a Signalling Training Facilitator to join them on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
The role will support the Rail Infrastructure business involved in the delivery and development of learning solutions to customers and internal staff. This will initially be working on the Elizabeth line (Crossrail) training for Transport for London. This is the perfect role for an excellent communicator who can build a rapport with people.

The role will support the Rail Infrastructure business involved in the delivery and development of learning solutions to customers and internal staff. This will initially be working on the Elizabeth line (Crossrail) training for Transport for London. This is the perfect role for an excellent communicator who can build a rapport with people.
The role will involve:
- Developing and delivering training solutions to internal and external staff related to signalling
- Ensuring solutions are delivered in accordance with the companies safety and quality procedures - ensuring they meet legislations, safety standards and project requirements
- Assist with Project Management on a large training plan covering lots of different products and systems
- Supporting other training facilitators (both internally and externally) in the delivery of the Elizabeth Line Training Programme
- Educated to HNC level in Electrical Engineering - with experience of rail signalling
- Previous training design and development/ production of supporting documentation, training aids and equipment
- Knowledge of design and configuration of rail signalling
- Ability to organise their own work and to ensure all deadlines at met and responded to in a timely manner
