Vehicle Rental Sales Agent/Admin - Osterley

Key Responsibilities of a Rental Agent:

• Owning the full rental experience from making the booking to vehicle preparation, interacting with customers to handling returns, checking documentation.
• Providing excellent face-to-face customer service.
• Working towards targets to increase productivity and sales.
• Working as part of a team.
• Supporting the team to move vans around the yard when necessary.

What we are looking for:

Required Skills:

• Customer service & Sales experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent admin skills.
• Team-player Friendly, positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Committed and reliable
• Experience in Van rental
• Full drivers license and willing to drive transit vans!
