Location: Leeds
Duration: 6mths
Rate: £400/day - Inside IR35

Our client is an industry leading civil engineering contractor with a major presence in rail. They have recently been awarded to work on a station redevelopment project near Leeds and as a result, require a Site Agent.

As the Site Agent, you will be appointed by Network Rail to coordinate and oversee all contractors on site and drive the delivery of works across the project.

Your daily duties will include coordinating welfare, planning access/possessions, preparing relevant site paperwork, incident and accident reporting whilst consistently enforcing H&S.

This role will suit a Site Agent that has previously worked for a principal contractor and has an excellent understand of Network Rail standards and procedures, as well as how possession and access planning works.

You will be site based 5 x days a week with occasional weekends.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Site Agent / Project Agent within rail.
• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
• Excellent understanding of Network Rail standards and procedures.
• Valid SMSTS and PTS
