THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You would be the Site Supervisor of my dreams with a background in Civils works. You will be responsible for the day to day activity on the site, organisation of resources, Health and Safety, permits and site documents.

Reporting to the Site Agent however working collaboratively with the onsite client representatives. Contributing to the weekly and monthly reviews and reports, ensuring delivery meets and exceeds client expectations.

ABOUT THE JOB

With this role you will be working as part of the highways division, however this opportunity will be carrying out both maintenance and project infrastructure work. It’s not work the client is formally known for but they have been on site for the past 30 years! As a Site Supervisor you will be involved in the groundworks for pipework, earthworks, drainage and 278 works.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this Site Supervisor position you will be experience within a Main Contractor working on small- medium scale civil engineering projects. You will hold a SMSTS, CSCS Manager Level, First Aid and NRSWA would be beneficial.

PACKAGE

In return you will be looking at a basic salary of up to £45,000 for that outstanding Site Supervisor. Along with your basic salary you will get a car allowance, 28 days holidays, 8 bank holidays, pension, BUPA Healthcare and a company bonus up to 7.5%!
