Site Supervisor

Location: Doncaster

Contract: 6 Months with possible extension

Rate : GBP £150 - £260 / day

IR35 Determination: inside

Our major rail client is looking for a Site Supervisor to join their civils team for immediate start. They will work directly with the works delivery manager to ensure that the work is completed to a safe and efficient manner. Experience is preferred, but this role will provide some training and progression.

Experience

• SMSTS experience as a supervisor or site foreperson in a rail or civil environment
• Experience in rail working on Civils and building projects.
• Good knowledge of Troughing, UTX installations, Cable Pulling, Location base installations

Key Accountabilities and objectives

• To manage groups with a continuous improvement ethos
• Management of existing contracts and rail infrastructure projects
• Supervising subcontractors ensuring good safety practices are followed
• Ensuring the health, safety and welfare of employees are following company procedures and requesting SWP’s
